Simian Mobile Disco are a UK based production and remix team. The band was formed in 2005 by James Ford and Jas Shaw of the band Simian. In addition to his work with Simian Mobile Disco, James Ford is a producer and has worked with bands such as Florence & the Machine, Arctic Monkeys, Peaches and Klaxons. During the introduction of their Essential Mix made for Radio 1, broadcasted on the 9 January 2010, they gave hints on what would be a “techno-based album” expected for later in 2010.[5] Since then, the duo has also established what will be a quarterly residency to JDH and Dave P’s Fixed nights, in NYC. In March 2010 the duo announced their new club night project ‘Delicatessen’, curated by the duo and accompanied by what they say to be “a brand new imprint” entitled Delicacies. The first single on Delicacies is set to be released in late May, both physically and then digitally. The first two tracks are titled “Aspic” and “Nerve Salad”. Supra 1 is a DJ/Producer duo born and bred out of the dark woods of Krakow, Poland. They started their career a little over a year ago after winning a remix contest of Little Jinder’s Polyhedron for Trouble & Bass. After that, the two 20 year olds were in high demand pumping out remixes for Drop The Lime, Mumdance, Rico Tubbs and Brodinski to name a few. T&B quickly brought the prolific duo under their wing, making them their first European signings to the label. Supra1 is pushing the boundaries of club music, and keeping it dark, heavy and raw together with John Carpenter-esque arpeggios and melodies. Chi come me sa e conosce profondamente qual’è lo spirito di Deepsession sa che l’ amore per la musica e per l’arte intesa come strumento di celebrazione ed espressione della vita da noi passano per una continua scoperta del proprio talento attraverso quello degli altri. Il 5 Gennaio 2011 si celebra il 5° compleanno di una organizzazione che ha portato molta buona musica a Roma. In questa serata di celebrazione salgono tutti i progetti che sono cresciuti nell’alcova di questa organizzazione. Ad aprire le danze sarà Ion, nuovo acquisto, con il suo set di dubstep leggera e ricca di influenze anni 90, tropicali e techno. A seguirlo sarà Zero, progetto house e dubstep con influenze deep e techno minimali, che proseguirà per l’occasione con un set dubstep. Quando la pista sarà tiepida e il pubblico sarà sciolto a dovere si comincerà a dare gas con il viaggio audio visual dei Frank Sent Us. A coronare La serata sarà il nuovo progetto di Tha Funk Phenomena, Frenetik Beat e Mr. Orange, X-cuse, perla robot d’acciao della magica scuderia e soprattutto live ensamble elettronico dei tre membri sopra citati. Dopo sarà la volta di Tevar progetto rave dai toni techno e progressivi che consegnerà nelle mani sapienti dei padroni di casa, i Cyberfunk, la chiave per chiudere la porta di questa elettroepica notte.

Will keep the party with Zero, project- deep house, dubstep and minimal techno influenced project wich will continue for the occasion with a growing base of dubstep. When the dancefloor will get warm and the public will be properly melted the accelerator will be pushed will for the travel in the audio visual world of Frank Sent Us. To crown the evening will be the new project of Tha Funk Phenomena, Frenetik Beat and Mr. Orange, X-Cuse, the magical pearl of steel robot of the magic team. Next will be the turn of Tevar rave and techno-progressive toned project that deliver in the skilled hands of the landlords, the Cyberfunk, the key to close the door of this elettroepic night.

In questo gelido inverno sono ormai pochi gli eventi che ancora danno un senso alla scena elettro Italiana. Ma questa volta la puntata si fa grossa. Uno show praticamente con i protagonisti attuali della scena mondiale e del nostro paese. Il collettivo dei 100% Presi Bene farà da cornice con un dj set preceduto dal live dei Power Franchers, nuova promessa della scena elettrofunk italiana. Dopodichè sarà la volta di Tai, genio dell’ elettro tedesca, con la sua pioggia di bombe elettrotechno, che darà il giusto hype al gran Maestro di razzi rave da stage diving con i bengala in mano, Steve Aoki.
